Hello! 🙂 I decided to write today about my hobby, Spinning = indoor cycling. Spinning is hard, energetic and powerful training. Spinning also hold up your shape and you also use a lot of energy (calories, fat) out of your body. Spinning is team exercise and there is also a trainer who guide your lesson. Spinning be based on music and tempo.

Spinning training depend on what kind of trainer you have. You may have interval training, which drive away your sadness. Interval training is so powerful and what is it like? You have to pedal on bike so fast what you can and then you rest pedal to easy pace and same again few more times.

If your goal is weight loss, spinning is the right means to that. It burns so much calories and improve your aerobic fitness.

And where spinning work actually? I’ll tell you now, it’s so good training to your ass and thighs. But also your back and stomach muscles get the benefit.

So if you aren’t afraid of sweating, go and get your butt to the spinning lesson and your weight will be let run down and your shape will be turn up.
